Double-Fatal Crash: Western Mass Woman ID'd As One Of Victims After Tractor-Trailer Rolls Over Two people were killed in a crash involving a rolled-over tractor-trailer on the New York State Thruway. The crash happened around 8 a.m. Thursday, May 23 in Albany.
