A sink at Willard Elementary school and a cafeteria drinking fountain at George Washington Middle School had levels higher than the standards set by the EPA — 15 PPB, the article says.

At Willard, the water tested at 25 PPB and at George Washington, the water tested at  43.8 PPB, NJ.com says.
