Ridgewood Concert Band Readies 33rd Season

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Ridgewood Concert Band, a New Jersey Wind Symphony under the baton of Dr. Chris Wilhjelm will continue its 33rd season with a concert on Friday, Feb. 26 at West Side Presbyterian Church.

The Performance will feature works including the March from "Symphonic Metamorphosis" (Hindemith), Dance of the Jesters (Tchaikovsky), and O Magnum Mysterium (Lauridsen).

Lewis Buckley, Artistic Director, of the Metropolitan Wind Symphony, will appear as a guest conductor.

A Prelude Concert by Waldwick High School Concert Band under the direction of Lynne Montella will begin at 7:30 p.m. The Ridgewood Concert Band portion of the evening will begin at 8 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.

The West Side Presbyterian Church is located at 6 S Monroe St.
