John Aramian rolled out the Peasant Chef Television series in 2009 to “preserve the traditions of foods that our grandparents made,” the executive producer said.

His new channel — launched 6 months ago —will do just that for the mom and pop shops of Northern New Jersey.

“Whether it’s a small restaurant or a café in the community, [Local Dining TV] brings back local marketing and local dining,” said Aramian, a self-proclaimed food enthusiast.

Aramian has featured L’Arte Della Pasticceria in Ramsey so far.

He hopes to spotlight realtors, health-related businesses and any professionals in the area before expanding across New Jersey.
