Montclair State professor John McCarthy will discuss grievance policies, codes of conduct and youth program regulations to help make the sports experience fun and civil for all.

Organizers say last year's event was standing-room only, so interested parents are encouraged to register early. Register here.

McCarthy will also sell and sign copies of his book, "What Would Yogi Do? Guidelines for Athletes, Coaches and Parents Who Love Sports," following the program.
