The game was tight until the fourth quarter, when Ridgewood was driving inside the red zone and turned the ball over with 3:50 to play remaining.

Montclair was points away from winning the game when wide receiver Wylie Sherman, #22, intercepted Mountie quarterback Tarrin Earle in the end zone with 21 seconds left in the game.

That set the game into over time and Ridgewood full back Zack Feagles, #18, scored the first point bringing the score to 24-17. Mounties had possession when Ridgewood Center Ken Ekert sacked him on the fourth down to win the game.
