Chargers Swap Ridgewood's Younghoe Koo For NFL Veteran

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Younghoe Koo of Ridgewood has been waived from the Los Angeles Charges.

The Chargers waived Ridgewood's Younghoe Koo after signing him as an undrafted free agent in May.

Head Coach Anthony Lynn is bringing back veteran kicker Nick Novak as part of the changes he vowed to make going into the second quarter of the season, the team announced on its website.

Koo's trick-shot video garnered national attention last year. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Southern University in May.
