The Integrated Preschool Program will be at Ridgewood’s Glen School and will be taught by a dual-certified K-2 general education and special education teacher. It will employ a developmental approach to learning experiences through play.

Children will be offered a variety of activities that promote language, cognitive, motor and social/emotional development. The pilot program is being offered to a very limited number of 3- and 4-year-old children.

Special-education children will be placed in the program through an evaluation process performed by the Ridgewood district’s Special Programs Department.

The cost of the program, which is from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. weekdays is $800 per month for residents.

The application deadline is Thursday, June 30. For more information, contact the Office of Special Programs at (201) 670-2700 Ext. 10545.
