Officers responding to a call Sunday from the Franklin Avenue office building's management company found 54-year-old Michael Russo in the second-floor office, Lt. Glenn Ender said.

Russo "admitted to breaking into the office and living there for two weeks," Ender said.

Police charged him with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.

Russo was being held on $10,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail. He was also wanted on an outstanding traffic warrant for careless driving out of Paramus last December and on an unspecified warrant out of Secaucus, records show.
