PHOTOS: Touch-a-Truck 2015 rolled into Ridgewood yesterday, and photographer Boyd A. Loving was there to capture the joy of youngsters, their parents and local emergency responders.
Children got the feel of vehicles that organizers said they’d “only seen at a distance on the streets of Ridgewood” during the free five-hour event at Memorial Park at Van Neste Square downtown.
Village police also assembled a Safetytown Kiddie-Car Driving Track and the Public Library hosted a special truck story time.

Touch-a-Truck was co-sponsored by the village and its Chamber of Commerce and coordinated by Ridgewood’s Little Ivy Learning Center.
