Parents Pick Up Underage Occupants In Ridgewood Single-Car Crash

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Ridgewood police issued nearly a half-dozen summonses after a sedan careened off a local road and landed atop a row of hedges late Saturday.

No injuries were reported in the late-night Saturday crash.

The parents of underage passengers who were in the car were called to pick them up after the crash on Crest Road near Valley View Avenue.

The car barreled over the front lawn of a single-family home before ending up on the hedges.

No injuries were immediately reported.

A flatbed got the vehicle out.
