Man Who Crashed Into Glen Rock Utility Pole Was Trying To Use GPS

GLEN ROCK, N.J. — A driver was treated for minor injuries after crashing his car into a Glen Rock utility pole over the weekend, authorities said.

The 69-year-old Glen Ridge driver was trying to use his GPS when he lost sight of the roadway and struck a pole at the intersection of Ackerman and South Maple Avenues, Chief Dean Ackermann told Daily Voice.

He was transported to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
