RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Helen C. Harrison (nee Crees), 96, of South Orleans, Mass., died March 13, 2016.
Born in Brooklyn, she was a graduate of the Guggenheim Dental School and prior to her retirement worked as a dental hygienist in Ridgewood.
She is survived by her children, Gregory and Elaine Harrison; grandchildren, Gregory A. Harrison, Christen Gonchoroff, Gregory Slachta, Lara Slachta, Catherine Bocchino and Geoffrey Harrison; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, George.
A visitation will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, 306 E. Ridgewood Ave., Ridgewood, with a service starting at 11:45 a.m.. Interment to follow at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
