HAUNTED HOUSE: Just as Deena Campanelli is wrapping up breast cancer treatment, the Upper Saddle River community turned out to help her husband, Rob, and twin boys decorate their house for Halloween — a longstanding tradition in the family. Daily Voice broke the story first, but CBS News and People Magazine featured the Carlough Road family soon after.

SEX SLAVES: South Hackensack police rescued three underage girls from sexual slavery at a Route 46 motel, leading to the arrests of a Paterson woman and three alleged accomplices from Long Island, authorities said Wednesday.

TEANECK JUMPER: A suicidal 17-year-old girl from Teaneck stood mid-span on the George Washington Bridge's upper level, staring at the water and crying, just before noon Thursday.

MILK MAN: Every little thing Organic Milk Corp of Hillsdale does around the clock revolves around a single goal: bringing farm-fresh milk and other products to the doorsteps of Bergen and Passaic county customers.

9/11 PARTIERS: A group of former Lodi High School students used keys to get into a Rochelle Park American Legion post, where they disengaged the alarm system and helped themselves to alcohol, food and cash from a tip jar, authorities said Friday.
