Toppled Tractor Box Snarls Traffic On Route 17 In Ridgewood
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. – A box rolled off its trailer on the northbound Route 17 exit ramp to East Glen Avenue in Ridgewood, toppling a light pole, knocking down a sound barrier and snarling traffic on both sides of the highway.
