RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — A fight involving two men behind a Ridgewood restaurant one hospitalized with a stab wound in his hand and the other in custody Wednesday night.
The assault occurred at 4:50 p.m. in the alleyway behind the Wild Ginger restaurant 31 Chestnut St., Police Chief John Ward told Daily Voice.
The 20-something victim was taken to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, the chief said. The accused assailant was being interviewed at headquarters, he said.
Charges were expected to include aggravated assault.
