The Goransons and the Donovans have been playing off of each other's decorations since Todd and Elizabeth Donovan moved to town five years ago.
"Every year we added a little bit more, and a little bit more and a little bit more," said Todd Donovan, formerly of West New York.
"We've got these really great neighbors and we're making this corner of Closter a lot brighter than it ever had been before."
All are invited to enjoy the holiday lights at the intersection of Closter Dock Road and High Street.
