RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — HealthBarn USA is officially a Ridgewood resident.
Village Councilwoman Gwenn Hauck officiated a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Habernickel Family Park House with organization founder Stacey Antine on Saturday.
Ridgewood Councilwoman Susan Knudsen, Village Manager Roberta Sonenfeld, Assistant Manager Janet Fricke, Village Parks & Recreation Director Tim Cronin and Deputy Director Nancy A. Bigos. W showed their support.
"May the partnership between HealthBarn USA and The Village of Ridgewood's parks and recreation department be firmly rooted in the spirit of love," Antine said.
Antine, a registered dietitian, had been holding year-round educational health programs at the Abma's Farm in Wyckoff since 2005, and moved to Ridgewood this winter.
