Bridgeport Library To Screen "Straight Outta Compton"

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – The Bridgeport Public Library’s Black Rock Branch will commemorate Black History Month with a screening of "Straight Outta Compton" on Thursday, Feb. 11, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The film, directed by F. Gary Gray, traces the career of Compton, California-based rap group NWA.

The movie is rated R, with a running time of 147 minutes.

Free Refreshments will be served at the screening.

Nonperishable food donations to the Black Rock Food Pantry will be accepted at the event.
