"Lady Cop Makes Trouble," is based on the true story of Bergen County's own Kopp sisters.

The Kopp sisters were three single sisters who lived together in Wyckoff and were the Charlie's Angels of the 1910s and '20s, according to a New York Times article. Constance Kopp became one of the country's first female deputy sheriffs.

The event will include a special appearance from audiobook narrator--and Ridgewood native--Christina Moore.

Copies of Stewart's books "Girl Waits with Gun" and "Lady Cop Makes Trouble" will be available for purchase and signing. Please reserve copies at Bookends: (201) 445-0746.

Stewart lives in Eureka, California, with her husband Scott Brown.
